Flourish is a Devon-based floristry service offering seasonal flowers for weddings, funerals and gift bouquets.
All our flowers are grown in community gardens across South Devon — including our own — by community growing groups. These gardens are vital spaces that support wellbeing, connection and a relationship with the land.

Our style of floristry
Our floristry is natural, ethereal and a little on the wild side. Because we work exclusively with locally grown flowers, every design is a true reflection of the season — shaped by what is flourishing in the garden at that moment.
Unlike a traditional high street florist, we don’t use out-of-season blooms or straight, scentless stems flown in from afar. Instead, we embrace what is growing now - from the blowsy roses and arching briars of early summer to the golden leaves and rich red berries of autumn.

Bowden Springs Farm
Bowden Springs Farm in Totnes is where Flourish was born and where most of our flowers are grown. Located on the site of a former Victorian reservoir, this unique space has been transformed from a derelict brownfield site into a thriving community garden. Since 2019, the farm has offered therapeutic gardening groups for local people, including sessions for adults with special educational needs and women recovering from cancer. It also runs a regular volunteer day and a weekly women's group — creating a place of connection, purpose and care.
Radical Plant Folk
Radical Plant Folk is a social enterprise and community garden based in Dartington, Devon, dedicated to reconnecting people with plants, herbal medicine, and land-based wisdom. They offer workshops, courses, and community gatherings focused on practical plant knowledge, cultural heritage and seasonal skills.
Apricot Centre
The Apricot Centre in Dartington, Devon is renowned for offering a fantastic range of free courses in regenerative farming, agroecology and permaculture.
Their wellbeing team supports children, young people, and families facing complex challenges, offering a nature-based environment where specialist therapies — from clinical psychology to creative arts and therapeutic mentoring — are delivered.
